THE IMPORTANCE OF TEACHER TRAINING.

WHICH TRAINING COURSES WOULD YOU LIKE TO HAVE ACCESS TO AS A TEACHER? WHY? WHICH IS, IN YOUR OPINION, THE BEST WAY TO SHARE GOOD PRACTICE AMONGST TEACHING PROFESSIONALS? WHY?

Teaching is a diverse profession that involves working with students to help them obtain certain knowledge or master specific tasks. To become a qualified teacher, we need to successfully complete teacher training. By doing so, we'll achieve 'qualified teacher status'.   

Educative system needs to train and change the reality of classrooms since we need to improve the way of teaching our children. It must be more dynamic and flexible. For this reason, education professionals need training to update the learning-teaching process. It is required for the exercise of our profession. The training must be permanent because of we need to know a lot of things that are not provided in the initial training in this profession.

            According to this necessity, the training of teachers should be seen as an update process that allows you to make your educational and professional practice in a meaningful, relevant and appropriate to the social contexts in which it is. The teacher is required to be continuous academic training to respond in a relevant and effective to the demands in education as experimentation projects, materials, as well as, resources, teaching and learning techniques, among others. As teachers, we will know and develop the use of ICT because students are motivated and interested with using new technologies to learn a new language.    In addition, teachers must know what special needs are in students, for instance, their language, their hobbies and tastes, among others. It is necessary for teachers to treat them and what tools use to motivate students to learning a new language, new things. Teachers use different strategies to their students will achieve the aims that they proposed.
Regarding to share best practices among peers. Education professionals can take part in courses or training event abroad. Learning mobility for students, cooperation and innovation and exchange of good practices are important to provide new opportunities for students to learn a new language in another country or collaborate and cooperate to carry out projects.

As a conclusion, teachers have to guide our students in their learning-teaching process, stimulate and accept autonomy and initiative of students.
